Benefits of Membership

Benefits include:

· Access to our game store – We sell games, cards and gaming supplies at wholesale prices. We don’t have as big of a selection as a stand-alone game store, but we’re almost certainly cheaper. The merchandise available in our game store is priced to break-even. Although we can’t guarantee a specific product will be available at a specific time, we can look for specific products if our members request them. Otherwise, we stock what we think our members would like. Items in our game store are available for purchase for members only and on a first-come, first-serve basis. The items cannot be reserved nor purchased online.

· Enrollment in our loyalty program – Members are enrolled in our loyalty program, which results in a 10% discount on food and soda. Non-members cannot take part in the loyalty program.  Every dollar spent on food / soda earns one point. After 50 points, members can redeem $5 off a food/soda purchase. Point balance can be checked at the bar.  Members can redeem their points either automatically by using the same debit/credit card as the one used to purchase membership or by closing their tabs at the bar.

· Free table reservations – Members are not asked to pay to reserve tables.

How to Become a Member

Our customers can become members in-person only at the bar. There’s no online option for membership. The yearly fee is $25. No partial year memberships.

How to Take Advantage of the Benefits

Game store – Simply come to Villainous and make a purchase! The game store is kept on shelves behind the bar. We try to stock the game store monthly and look for items that would be of interest to our members. Feel free to make suggestions! Items cannot be reserved and cannot be purchased online. First come, first serve!

Loyalty – Your points will accumulate automatically if you use the same card for food/soda purchases that you used for paying for membership. If using a different payment method, the points can be attributed to your loyalty account by closing your tab at the bar. If you place an order at the table, you’ll be asked automatically if you’d like to redeem points, assuming you’re paying with the card linked to your loyalty account. Otherwise, you can close your tab at the bar. Let the bartender know if you’d like to redeem points. 

Free reservations – Simply reserve your table as normal and indicate you are a member! Members are not expected to pay for reservations. 

How to Renew Membership

Memberships are annual and do NOT renew automatically. If you’d like to renew, you can do so at the bar.
